After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2004 I relocated to Nevada County and began my real estate career.

I have in depth experience working with buyers and sellers on every type of transaction, from vacant land to site built homes to condominiums. I've represented both buyers and sellers on bank owned properties, short sales and regular equity sales.

My wife, Laurie, and I have six kids which gives me hands on experience in the local community including first hand knowledge of the preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and beyond.
